Everyone agrees that the two greatest keyboards ever manufactured are the IBM Model M 1984-1993 and the Apple Extended Keyboard II 1987-1997. I even own a IBM Model M2 (A smaller M1). They really are magnificent. Look for them in a thrift joint.This Keyboard however, takes every advance in input/output technology and molds them all together in on classy package.The Keys are magnificent.
They type more like an Apple Extended with ALPS switches than a Model M.The size is perfect. Not as massive as the two aforementioned classics but just right.The lighting is perfect.

I used a Logitech g15 before and always thought is just had too many macro keys.No glossy plastic.Cons:Should have took a page from Corsair's book and gave it an even classier metal finish. Metal is definetly the style now a days with computers. Not just because it looks good, but because it is more durable, easier to clean, and does not fade with time. Also, I could not initially charge my iPhone from it. However, when I moved the second usb plug from the board to a usb 3.0 port, it charged just fine. Usb 3.0 ports give more power, so this makes sense.Shifted key options are not illuminated. Had to look for the dollar sign. Function key not illuminated.
